Brent Rothchild is a finance professional with a strong background in investment banking, financial consulting, and strategic financial management. Most recently, he served as the Managing Partner of Rothchild Analytics, where he specialized in advising on complex financial transactions, including mergers, acquisitions, and capital raises. In this role, Brent worked closely with clients to develop financial strategies, perform valuation analyses, and optimize capital structures, helping companies navigate critical business decisions with confidence.
Before leading Rothchild Analytics, Brent was a Senior Associate in Morgan Stanley's Mergers & Acquisitions group. At Morgan Stanley, he was deeply involved in a variety of high-profile transactions across industries such as Consumer & Retail, Healthcare, Industrials, and Transportation. Notable projects included advising on the sale of Lou Malnati's to Meritage Group, the acquisition of Welbilt by Ali Group, and the spin-off of Merck's Organon business. His expertise in financial modeling, strategic advisory, and transaction execution played a key role in securing successful outcomes for his clients.
Earlier in his career, Brent was a Senior Consultant at Deloitte, where he led finance transformation projects for large organizations, focusing on improving efficiency and profitability. He began his career in General Electric's prestigious Financial Management Program, where he developed a solid foundation in corporate finance and accounting.
Brent holds an MBA from Duke University's Fuqua School of Business and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from The Ohio State University. Based in Austin, TX, he is a dedicated fan of Ohio State football and Duke basketball and enjoys attending live music events.
